Speaking
I speak on the way we connect with ourselves and with others.
My work centers on social intelligence, confidence, and the small, often overlooked skills that shape how we move through the world. Through a blend of practical tools and thoughtful reflection, I help audiences build awareness, strengthen communication, and approach everyday interactions with more intention, kindness, and creativity.
I also draw from personal experience—including my journey as a (soon-to-be) cancer survivor—which has deeply shaped my perspective on resilience, presence, and what it means to move through life with both strength and softness.
Whether I’m working with students, parents, or organizations, my goal is to create a space that feels engaging, relatable, and genuinely useful long after the conversation ends.
